Acceptable use policy

Scope
This policy applies to all use of FlowBase AI services — site, APIs, downloadable products, generators, and creator tooling.
Prohibited content
You may not upload or sell content that is illegal, infringes IP, contains malware, harvests credentials, depicts minors in sexual contexts, promotes self-harm, or facilitates targeted harassment of any group.
Prohibited AI use
No systems designed for: disinformation campaigns, deepfakes of real people without consent, exam fraud, evading platform moderation, generating CSAM, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
Prohibited account behavior
No multi-account abuse, fake reviews, vote manipulation, automated scraping of FlowBase outside published APIs, or attempts to reverse-engineer paid systems for resale.
Rate limits
Free-tier AI tools are rate-limited (10 generations/day per IP). Subscriptions raise limits. Scraping the API or generators triggers automatic suspension.
Security testing
Coordinated, scoped testing is welcome — see our security policy at /legal/security. Unsolicited intrusion attempts violate this AUP.
Bandwidth & storage
Creator uploads are capped at 2 GB per asset and 50 GB total per creator. Larger requirements need a Pro plan + admin approval.
Reporting
Suspected violations: trust@flowbase.cc. Include URLs and evidence.
Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP. We notify the user except where legal process prevents disclosure.
