Creator policy

FlowBase AI is open to verified creators worldwide; payouts are currently INR-only via Razorpay. You must be 18+, complete KYC, and accept the seller agreement before your first sale clears.

Complete, runnable AI systems — workflows, Claude/GPT projects, automations, templates, courses, prompt packs, and tooling. Single prompts, scraped material, or anything you don't have full rights to are not accepted.

Every listing is reviewed against four criteria — complete (runs end-to-end), specific (clear audience and outcome), honest (real outputs and time-to-value), and updated (you ship versions when underlying tools change). Listings that fail review get specific feedback within 48 hours.

You set the price. Most systems sell between ₹999 and ₹6,999. Pricing higher than ₹10,000 requires demonstrated authority or a strong demo.

FlowBase keeps 10% of each sale; you keep 90% (less applicable taxes). The platform fee covers hosting, payments, delivery, and discoverability.

Buyers expect lifetime updates for products that depend on AI providers (which change frequently). You commit to maintaining your listing for at least 12 months from launch.

You agree to respond to buyer questions in your product Q&A within 5 business days. Repeated failure to respond triggers a review and possible delisting.

Pro creators can bundle their own systems or co-bundle with other creators. Revenue splits are configured at bundle creation and split per sale automatically.

No misleading screenshots, fake reviews, brigading, or impersonating other creators. Verified violations result in earnings hold and possible permanent ban.

Either side can terminate the seller agreement with 30 days notice. Pending payouts clear normally; unfulfilled buyer obligations transfer to FlowBase for refund handling.
