Creator-owned IP
Creators retain all rights to the systems they upload. FlowBase AI obtains a non-exclusive licence to host, deliver, and promote those systems for the duration of the listing.
Buyer licence
Buyers receive a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the purchased system for their own operations and / or their direct clients. Reselling the system as-is is not permitted.
Platform IP
The FlowBase AI brand, design system, marketplace code, and editorial content are owned by BUILTFORBUSINESS LLP. Use of trademarks or brand assets requires written permission.
Reporting infringement
If you believe a listing, review, or other content on FlowBase AI infringes your IP, email ip@flowbase.cc with: (a) identification of the work, (b) the FlowBase URL of the alleged infringement, (c) your contact info, (d) a good-faith statement, (e) signature.
Counter-notices
Creators receiving a takedown can file a counter-notice with the same email subject. We restore content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files suit.
Repeat infringers
Accounts with three substantiated infringement claims in 12 months are permanently terminated and pending payouts forfeited.
Fair use of platform IP
Affiliates and press may use screenshots, the logo, and short copy excerpts to describe FlowBase AI in editorial / promotional contexts. The press kit is at /about.
AI-generated content
Outputs from FlowBase AI's built-in generators are owned by you (the prompter), subject to provider terms (Anthropic / OpenAI / etc.). We don't claim rights in your generations.
